Shipping Policy

KD Fine Jewellery ships to customers across the United Kingdom and internationally. We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and in a manner befitting the quality of our pieces.

1. UK Shipping

• All UK orders are dispatched via tracked, insured courier;

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days;

• Express delivery options may be available at checkout;

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

2. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International orders are dispatched via tracked and insured international courier services. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.

Please note the following for international orders:

• Import duties, customs taxes, and any applicable local taxes are entirely the responsibility of the recipient;

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country;

• We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments on customs documentation — we do not falsify customs declarations;

• Certain countries may restrict or prohibit the import of precious metals or gemstones — it is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering.

3. EU Customers

Since Brexit, UK exports to EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import VAT in the recipient's country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs authority or using an import duty calculator before placing an order.

4. Packaging

All orders are dispatched in KD Fine Jewellery branded packaging, designed to protect your piece during transit. We take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition and beautifully presented.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with our courier to investigate and resolve the matter. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and photographing any damage upon arrival.

6. Signature on Delivery

Due to the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or that you have made arrangements with the courier for a safe drop or redelivery.
