—The product's appearance and consumer properties are preserved: there are no signs of wear on the jewellery, and the packaging is undamaged.

— No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was received.

We aim to ensure our jewelry brings you nothing but joy. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase — whether it's due to size, color, or any other issue - we are always prepared to accept it back.

RETURN: LONDON

For your convenience, we can arrange for the pickup of the returned item ourselves, saving you time. You'll just need to ensure the item is properly prepared, with its original labels, packaging, and payment receipt intact. We will also send you the necessary return documents via email. Following this, you can coordinate a convenient time for the courier's visit with our manager.

Please note that if the courier has arrived but you were unable to return the item, the cost of delivery will not be reimbursed.
