RETURN INSPECTION

Upon receiving your package, our managers will inspect the item for any damage or signs of use within 2-3 days. If the product is in good condition, we'll refund the purchase amount to the card used for payment. The refund can take 1-30 days to process, depending on your bank's procedures.

NON-CASH PAYMENTS

— Refund to the bank account

For non-cash payments, the refund is directly processed back to the bank account from which the order was paid.
