UK

Products bought online, are sent by special Royal Mail Delivery.

Dispatching takes 3-5 working days. This depends on stock and manufacturing times. We will notify you of the expected dispatch day. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next day service. Should an order be dispatched on a Friday, it would be delivered the following Monday. You will be provided a tracking number, therefore upon the delivery of an order, please ensure there is a recipient available to accept the parcel and provide the signature.

Pricing:

Depending on the cost and weight of the order, this can range between £28 to £32, and is included in the price of the products that have been ordered.

EU

Shipping to the EU may take a couple of weeks. We will provide a tracking number for you to know where your parcel is. The dispatch times are reciprocated from the UK delivery information above. Costs are included in the price of the product.

Worldwide

Shipping to countries outside the EU may also take a couple of weeks. We will provide a tracking number for you to know where your parcel is. The dispatch times are reciprocated from the UK delivery information above. Costs are included in the price of the product.

Duties and Import Fees

Within the UK, duties, taxes and fees are covered in the cost of the product.

Orders shipped to Europe and Worldwide will most likely have Duty and Import Fees. This fee is not included in the order you make and have to be paid by the recipient to our courier, to have their parcel released. We will not know the cost, thus, it is advised you contact your local courier to make an enquiry on this matter.
