Jewellery ordered online has a 14 day returns policy. Should a return request be made, the product should be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to not accept the return should there be damage or visible wear marks.

When a bespoke piece of Jewellery is manufactured, it is created specifically for the customer. Returns for Bespoke Jewellery are allowed up to 14 days after you have received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and care goods (such as polishers and buffers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Bespoke items will not be refunded the deposit of 50%. This is a precautionary measure taken as a bespoke piece of jewellery is custom made for the customer, created to their image, which will not resonate with everyone. It is also put in place to protect the time and effort spent in creating such a piece of jewellery. 

Purchases made online will be refunded if returned in their original state, packaging and documentation. The Gemstones on the ring, if any, will be inspected with the certifications, to make sure the original stones are in place. The ring will also be inspected for damage, wear and tear. 

We reserve the right to reject a refund request

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
